EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of the delivery of the products. No refunds.
In order to exchange your product, contact us via e-mail at wowsentido@gmail.com. Please specify the reason for the exchange, as well as the order number and date of purchase. All of these must be included in the email in order to follow up on an exchange request.
Products that wish to be sent back for an exchange MUST be in good condition and without obvious signs of wear and tear. Otherwise, an exchange will not be provided. (Please refer to Product Care Reference)
In the event that we do not have the item requested for an exchange, store credit will be given to the customer. This store credit is usable within a 90 day period. After the 90 day period the store credit will no longer be available.
It is the customer’s responsibility to properly package items that are being sent in for an exchange. This is required so that items may be received by Wowsentido in the same condition in which they were sent.
Note: All shipping costs for exchanges are to be paid for by the customer
